Having fun is a major part of the TJBS effort to preserve and promote jazz and blues. Joining other members to help plan and run our activities is a great way to meet and socialize with a diverse, friendly and creative group of people. Plus you get the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts are providing direct cultural benefits to your community.

Volunteer to help at concerts and get special benefits. TJBS concerts are run by friendly member volunteers who sell tickets, sign-up new members, hand out newsletters and other publicity, and sell TJBS Merchandise.

We also need volunteers in other areas -- if you have expertise here and would like to help, please let us know:
* fundraising (donors, sponsors, grants)
* writing (articles, news, reviews)

We need your help. Volunteer for events, or work on committees. Either way, you're helping support Jazz & Blues within your community.
